Booking directly means you are dealing with the people who manage and are responsible for your stay — not a platform, not an intermediary, not an introducer. It also means you pay less. Direct rates are up to 10% below any Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia listing for the same property on the same dates.

There are no platform fees or guest service charges. The rate you are quoted is the rate you pay.

Browse the collection and select a property. Submit an enquiry with your preferred dates and number of guests. Our team will respond within the hour with a secure payment link to confirm the reservation and block your dates.

A 50% deposit is due at confirmation; the balance before arrival. Full booking documentation is issued at the time of reservation.

Within the hour during business hours. Enquiries received outside of business hours will be responded to first thing the following morning. For urgent requests, contact us directly on WhatsApp.

Yes. The lead renter and all guests must be aged 26 or over. Children under 18 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian who meets the age requirement. We cannot accept bookings where the lead renter is under 26, regardless of circumstances.

Pont London properties are residential rentals for private stays only. Events, parties and gatherings are not permitted. All guests must be registered at the time of booking. Maximum occupancy is specified per property and must not be exceeded.

The direct nightly rate is always at least 10% lower than the Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia listing rate for the same property on the same dates — guaranteed on every booking, no exceptions.

The rate quoted is the rate you pay — no third-party platform fees, no guest service charges. End-of-stay cleaning and payment processing are both included. Any extras — such as an additional bed — are always at the guest's request, and the charge is confirmed before any payment is taken.

Short-term and medium-term rentals (1–179 nights): A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due before arrival. Exact timings are confirmed in your booking documentation.

Long-term rentals (180+ nights): Payment is monthly in advance. Full terms are set out in your rental documentation.

We accept bank transfer and card payments via NatWest Tyl. Bank transfer is the preferred method for larger amounts. Full payment details are provided with your booking confirmation. All transactions are processed securely — payment details are never stored by Pont London directly.

Every property in the Pont London collection is individually curated, personally inspected, and managed to a five-star standard. The same level of preparation applies regardless of which property you book or how long you stay.

Pet policies vary by property and by pet type. If you are travelling with a pet, please mention this in your enquiry and we will confirm whether it can be accommodated. Do not assume a property accepts pets without prior written confirmation.

Smoking is not permitted inside any Pont London property. Some properties have outdoor spaces — please confirm specific arrangements at the time of booking.

Pont London properties are self-catering residences — not hotel rooms with daily housekeeping as standard. End-of-stay cleaning is included in your rate. Daily housekeeping can be arranged with our Housekeeping team as a paid extra.

Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 10:00. These times apply across all properties in the collection.

Full check-in instructions — including key collection details — are provided in your pre-arrival documentation, sent before your stay. The concierge team is available to assist with any access queries on the day of arrival.

We always do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out. Availability depends on the outgoing and incoming guests on either side of your stay. Let us know a day or two in advance and we will confirm what is possible.

Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 09:00. This applies to all properties. Pont London properties are residential — please be considerate of neighbours at all times.

A dedicated point of contact throughout your rental. The concierge can assist with restaurant recommendations, local neighbourhood information, maintenance requests and any other queries during your stay.

The concierge is not a 24-hour hotel desk — they are a named, personal point of contact who knows the property and the neighbourhood.

Contact details for your dedicated concierge are provided in your pre-arrival documentation and booking confirmation. The team can be reached by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Contact your concierge directly. Because Pont London manages the properties directly, there is no intermediary between you and the team responsible for your stay. Issues are handled by us — not passed to a call centre or third party.

Cancellation terms vary by property and rental type. They are confirmed in your booking documentation before any payment is taken.

As a general guide for short-term and medium-term rentals:

1-bedroom properties: Full refund if cancelled 14 or more days before arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before arrival. No refund within 6 days of arrival.

2-bedroom properties: Full refund if cancelled 21 or more days before arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 10–20 days before arrival. No refund within 9 days of arrival.

3-bedroom and above: Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 14–29 days before arrival. No refund within 13 days of arrival.

Date changes are possible within the cancellation period but new dates are subject to availability. Contact us at reservations@pontlondon.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes. Pont London offers three rental categories: short-term (1–90 nights), medium-term (91–179 nights) and long-term (180 nights or more). All three are available to book directly through this site.

Long-term rentals are billed monthly in advance. Full payment terms — including any variation provisions and the applicable notice period — are set out in your rental documentation before the booking is confirmed.

Extensions are subject to availability and must be agreed in writing with Pont London. Contact your concierge or reservations@pontlondon.com to discuss.

Rates for long-term rentals differ from short and medium-term rates due to the extended duration and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please include your intended dates and duration in your enquiry and we will provide a direct rate for your specific requirements.

Baby cots are available free of charge at all properties. They must be requested in advance at the time of booking — they cannot be guaranteed without prior confirmation.

High chairs are available free of charge at all properties. As with baby cots, they must be requested in advance at the time of booking.

Air conditioning varies by property. Please check the individual property listing or mention it in your enquiry and we will confirm. Properties without integrated air conditioning have alternative cooling available — portable units and fans — during the warmer months.

All properties have parking of some kind. The type varies — some have private parking included with the property, some have paid street parking directly outside, and some have paid parking nearby. Please mention any parking requirements in your enquiry and we will confirm the specific arrangement for your chosen property.

Extra beds with linen are available at all properties as a paid extra. Request at the time of booking and we will confirm the applicable charge before any payment is taken.
